International Classification of Diseases (ICD) is used to communicate the study of diseases amongst healthcare workers. ICD-10 is the tenth revision of the classification system published in 1992 (ICD, 2009). 

You can use the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services website to look up ICD-10 codes.
